Full Wave Development is committed to making our website and the websites we build for clients accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. We believe a good website should work for everyone, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the international standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments.
On this site we work to maintain the following:
Web accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time achievement. We regularly review our website for issues, test with assistive technology, and update components as standards evolve. Some older pages or third-party embeds may not yet fully meet our target. We are actively working to bring all areas of the site into conformance.
Despite our best efforts, some content may not be fully accessible to all users. Known limitations may include certain embedded third-party tools, older portfolio screenshots without exhaustive alt text, and PDF documents linked from external sources. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
When we design and develop websites for clients, accessibility is part of our standard process. We build with semantic markup, perform contrast and keyboard testing, and provide guidance to clients on accessible content practices. If you are a client and have an accessibility concern about a site we built for you, please reach out and we will help address it.
If you experience any difficulty accessing content on our site, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve, we want to hear from you. Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you are using.
